Her work is deeply personal and rooted in lived experience. As a mother, a scholar, and a woman who's had to rebuild more than once, Neria doesn’t teach theory—she teaches what’s been tested. Her approach blends emotional depth, real-world structure, and just enough softness to remind you that ease is allowed.

Whether she’s working with clients in transition, mentoring future locticians, or leading healing spaces like Macaroni in a Pot or The Pink Thread Collective, Neria brings the same intention: to help people stop performing and start living.

She’s currently completing dual graduate degrees in Social Work and Human Sexuality, and working toward her PhD—while raising a son, loving on two wild-ass cats, and continuing to hold space for others with clarity, care, and no pretense.
